Landscaping is a great job. So is laborer for a construction company. That is provided you are not a typical 19 year old American who would rather play PS2.
If you are, try telemarketing.

hospitals pay real well. some may start at 10/ hr. check out local hospitals around your area. doing some office, clerical won't hurt
