about a week ago i had an interview at lowes. this was my first interview ever. she started asking questions, which i expected, but then she asked what was my biggest weakness or something i couldnt do well. i told her wearing heels... needless to say no ones called me or returned my calls. tomorrow i have an interview for krogers. does anyone have any tips or something i could say for weaknesses? i get EXTREMELY nervous, more nervous than A LOT of other people do when i have to answer questions like that. i hate bragging about myself so i dont know how i can overcome this or what to say. anything will help....

I guess it's time for me to inform my collegues n boss of my pregnancy as i have to go for a frequent check up(eg. once a month and getting frequent until i deliver). Now the problem is i'm really stress of how to let my boss n also the collegues know.Should I tell my collegues 1st before i inform my boss?I seldom see my big boss as it's a partnership company. All i meet everyday is the minor partners therefore the big boss might not even care of my appearance.I afraid that the minor partners is not as considerate as they are. They might fired me after knowing i am pregnant as i have to take up maternity leave in a few months time and have to absence for check up frequently. There is no rules in our company saying of how to handle a pregnant lady since i only started working for 5 months. This mean when i had maternity leave, i still not yet 1 year in this company.Should i wrote a letter to my big boss telling him i am pregnant n not to fired me as i need this job very much or otherwise?

I was offered a high paying job that requires me to travel. I signed the appointment letter with a high profile head hunting agency. After thinking about it two days later, I realised that I am not ready for this job at all. I text msg the head hunter and told her that I wish to withdraw my application. I feel really bad as its a integrity issue and I promised that I really really want the job initially. But after thinking it over as I have panic attacks so fllying is out of the question, I decided to reject the job. The problem is that I have signed and promise and now I am backing out, so I feel really bad. How do I handle this?

In yahoo answers a lot of people recommended CrashCrate.com for a good place to take online surveys. Right now I have two problems with it. 1) I’m not sure if the yahoo answers people were telling the whole truth. They could just be saying it’s a good place so they can get more referrals. 2) I went to CashCrate to check it out. Everything looks alright except for this thing I read in Terms of Service: “Third-Parties -- CashCrate is not responsible for any content provided by Third-Parties and your participation in their programs is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. ************* will never charge you membership fees, however you must be aware that some third-party advertisers may require payment of some variety in order to complete their offer. Members will be solely responsible for any charges incurred by participation Third-Party programs.” Are all these survey places legit? I don’t ever want to have to pay for taking a survey. Does it say straight out which ones are free and which ones aren’t or do they trick you into paying? And what exactly would happen if you didn’t pay?
I would really appreciate it if I were to get some honest and informative answers from CashCrate members.

Why is it if we live in the richest country on earth, why do we live from paycheck to credit card to paycheck? Why can middle class families no longer function without making credit card purchases for necessities like food and the heating bill? Why do we give our Congressmen pay raises but yet never have raised minimum wage to match inflation since the 1970's?
