I work in a bowling alley day care. On saturdays, my boss bowls on a league. She has 4 kids. A 3 yr old devil child (boy), a 5 yr old girl that can be as sweet as an angel, a 8 yr old boy who I'd like to strangle sometimes, and an 11 yr old boy who does absolutely nothing. Ever.
This past saturday, she only had Seth (the 3 yr old) and Faith (the 5 yr old). Not only did she clock in when she was going to bowl, but she tried taking the big screen down to her lane so she could watch the football game. So it's just my sister and I with her 2 kids and about 5 others. The other 5 are doing just fine. Her (keep in mind, he hasn't even been 3 for a whole month yet) 3 yr old comes up to me and spits in my face. Then he decided he was going to bite me. Right on the crotch. So now I have a 50 cent piece size bruise on my crotch...and when I say crotch, he got my cl*t and everything. So I picked him up and put him up and put him in a high chair. He gets out somehow.

We are family of 3 (brand new child under 1yr old). Husbands business has failed, and we live in area of extremely high unemployment. Tied down to big mortgage(worth more than we could sell our house for right now-bad market). Husband has seasonal/winter job paying min. wage (now $6.95 in our state) for about 25 hrs/wk. I have pretty well paying job with great benefits for our family, grateful for that much. I suppported him thru college for 3yrs and also for the last 3 yrs (6 yrs total). Tired of being primary/only bread winner, want to have it be equal 50/50, or have him support me for a while so I can go back to college and earn more $ for us. Starting to get anxious/overwhelmed being main provider. Not quite enough $ for bills now, all the "fat" has been trimmed(only spent $78 grocery last month). Need advice to deal with issue. Very anxious, tired, overwhelmed, panicked.

Does anyone work in sales/collections or any industry that has a daily quota or monthy? If so does your company have pep talks all day long to keep the motivation high... do they drive you crazy.. the yelling and hoopla when someone makes a sale etc.... all the pressure of the job and all the fake motivational stull sometimes just drives me crazy.....or maybe its just the fact that I have been doing this for 15 years.

Okay. I know this could be a bad idea. I am considering adding my sister to my bank account temporarily. My account is in good standing. Hers isn't, and any money she deposits will be eaten up in back money owed. We have the same bank and she needs a way to deposit her checks. She is an indepedent contractor so most of her checks are for smaller amounts 50-100 each and she has multiple ones so a check cashing place w/ its fees isn't really feasible.

Basically will the bank let me add her even though her account is in the pits?
