First face to face interview in a long time. I did good even though i'm a shy guy, but for some reason i felt good and confident. I was surprised with mysellf. The interviewers were pretty satisfied with all my answers.

my inlaws have a time share they want to sell but everytime they enquire to a company about it they are well dodgy

is there a legitimate company out there that isn't out to rip off people, they don't mind paying a fee but not thousands like these 'reputable' companies are asking

I want to get into investing in property but my credit is crap. I was told about hard money, basicly loans at an high percentage rate. I think that's my only way in. My plan is to get the money and repair the homes and what's left use for monthly note. Basicly pay them back with their own money. Do you think this is a good idea? Where should I start to find a hard money loan?

I already have one through my bank, but I'm going to close it. I'm only 20 and as you all know its hard to establish credit. My Credit score is a 690.. which is fair, so why do people with worse scores get approved?!?! Is it my age? Nevertheless, what is the easiest card to get? adn where can I apply?

I purchased a 2 unit building in Aug. 2006. The purchase price was 379000.00. I had to do a 80/20. One loan for 303200.00 w/ a int. rate of 9.25 and the other for 74000.00. w/ int. rate of 12.25. At the time i didn't know and didn't care cause i was happy to get a building. My middle score was 623 at the time and my credit is growing. In 3-6 months my score should be around 660+. Can I get one loan with a lower interest rate? What can I do to lower my payment. Especially the second loan cause the interest rate is too high and i would like a lower payment. Is it to soon for me to refinance or consolidate the both loans into one. How long do I have to wait.

I need money tonight but dont get paid until friday. If i write myself a cheque and deposit it in my account will I get in trouble? I mean, I know the cheque wont bounce cuz it takes 2 days to clear... I just dont want to screw myself by doing this!!

Its been 2 years since I had any credit problems but I still have 2 credit collection agencies on my credit report listed as open. I have managed to save about $10,000 and I want to invest it or open some type of money market account or something but Im afraid they will somehow be able to take it or freeze my account. Does anyone have any good detailed info on this or any experience with this?? I have been working to repair my credit and I just want to know when I dont have to worry anymore about these creditors. I don't want to file bankrupcy.
