In London, Graduates start on about £35-45k and, if they do well, I expect after 3-4 years their basic is about £100k. It tends to plateau here as the real money is in the annual Bonus whic can be a multiple of this number. Senior manager salaries rarely get higher than £150k but again it's all about bonus. For big earnings you need to be in a market that's hot and doing well at it. After that, the sky's the limit. It's nice work if you can get it!
