First face to face interview in a long time. I did good even though i'm a shy guy, but for some reason i felt good and confident. I was surprised with mysellf. The interviewers were pretty satisfied with all my answers.

clerical job: filing, copying, faxing. and gathering materials for doctors. All i warned them about is that i can't bend my knees good since i have a knee problem but they said it was fine and that other girl had knee problems too and had done it.

In a job interview, nothing absolutely nothing warranty the job, if one of them did not like you, you are out... Relax and wait for the phone call... whatever is the answer.... you do not loose the conference in an interview. never... but good luck i hope you get it..

The trick to interviewing is the confidence issue. I have interviewed people for a position that would not look at me. Others would talk about everything but the subject at hand. I look for someone that is friendly yet not overly so. Employers have the face-face interview so we can determine who will fit into our corporate culture. Of course you need to be qualified to be there that is the purpose of the application. In my case if you pass the application part and I am interested enough to call you in for a face-face. It is my responsibility as the interviewer to make you comfortable at first. But also i may throw a question at you that has nothing at all to do with any thing. What I am looking for is how you respond not what you say. Will you get the position? Sounds like you have a good chance, good luck to you.

Well...You need to call them and ask them if they have made their decision. wait only one day though...you must remain gently persistent.

If you don't get the job...for your next interview do not tell them about any physical problems you have....in an interview all that matters is you get the job..

Then discuss any limitations after you are hired. good luck

As long as your credentials are good and you did good in the interview you should have a pretty good chance. But you never really know who else they interviewed and how well they did and what their credentials are.
