What I mean is: what product is a consumer most likely to buy online. I'm not concerned with the complexities of E-commerce, profit-margin, fulfillment etc... I'm interrested in knowing what product(s) sell well online when compared to more traditional sales channels.

I've allways wanted to have an office type job, but since I only finished High School I've only worked as QA Inspector for cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies. Now I have to decide if either going to a tech school for an Executive Assistant program (a year) or taking this job offer: temp to perm, Inspector,$18.00/hour.

My wife had not been home for Christmas in 5 years, we had a new born nephew we hadn't seen yet, and neither of us make abundant amounts of money. We live humble lives and don't have things outside our needs. After Hurricane Katrina struck, the plane ticket prices skyrocketed. Trying to be a good husband, I took out some payday loans to help us out. I don't have family or a network of friends to borrow from. I found myself stuck. I was repaying the finance charges each month, and had to take out more loans to pay them off. In June I couldn't pay the rates anymore. At one point it was $1,400 a month! My bank became overdrawn and my account was closed. I've made arrangements with a few of the companies to repay them, but not all of them. I was threatened with jail last week. Can I be prosecuted? Some people say that as long as I didn't take the loans out with intent to commit fraud, I'm safe. Others are saying differently. Please help!

I want to hire some commission only sales people but I want to offer a fair package and I want to attract some really driven, dedicated sales people. What items should I include in my job description/ad that will make the position appealing? This will be for selling to school districts and Internet hosting companies.

I used this term in an email to manager simply to describe my envronment. HR started doing flips. Apparently employees are legally protected from this. They are jumping to address some of the underlying issues that they have been told about for several months, presumably to protect themselves against this "claim". However, based on my research there are a few things that must be there to meet hostile environment standard:
1. Its been going on for awhile - not just single incident
2. manager knew about it and nothing concrete was done
3. a reasonable person in the same situation would decide the situation was hostile
4. it directly impacts employees ability to perform their job.

Guess what? My situation fits this to a tee. I have documented proof of all the above.

What do I do now??? While they are running around trying to hurry fix it while they are denying it. I have endured this situation for 5months!!!!

My grandmother has always wanted her own cafe/country diner type business and she can cook and bake like a champ. I also learned how to cook by watching and listening to her. So my mother and I would like to try and open up a diner and bring my grandmother in to help with it. I know that there are all types of grants available to women/single mothers who want to open a business but you have to have your plan completely mapped out. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as trying to research how to get this started? Thank you.

I got home late last night and just picked up a message this morning from someone wanting to interview me for a Customer Service/Narrator position (for a cruise boat company), wanting me to come in today to interview.

I cannot come in to interview today as I am busy but I called back and told her (the interviewer) I'd be available for the rest of the week.

Now I'm a bit paranoid that she (the interviewer) won't call back; I'm worried that she WON'T call back. I called her this morning around 8-9 ish; would it be possible if I could call her back in the afternoon when she's available? Or should I be patient?

I was wondering if anyone else has recieved a letter from the "company" and if it was a scam. I just recieved a letter with a check for $2,950.00 from a company by the name of Celebration Lotto E-Payment Inc. I called the number it said to and they told me I needed to deposit the check for verification that it was actually my account. Well, I then called the bank on the check because RED FLAGS are going up. They told me that the account is a fraudulent account. Well, I called the company back and asked them who they were trying to scam because I know about all kinds of stuff like this. She told me that it is not a fraudulent account and her manager will be contacting me. ??? Under the letterhead it says Publisher's Clearing House, Readers Digest Sweepstakes. If it is legit why would the bank say it's not. And what will happen if I deposit the check. Would I actually get the money and if so would the scammers be able to get any information about me? Has this happened to anyone else?? TY
