It is always best to start your business by putting together all your questions and finding answers to them. Go to http://www.score.org/ to find the nearest SCORE chapter. Contact them to arrange for a free one on one meeting with a SCORE counselor.

SCORE is a nonprofit organization. They provide a public service by offering small business advice and training. .

SCORE's 10,500 volunteers have more than 600 business skills. Volunteers share their wisdom and lessons learned in business. The volunteers are working/retired business owners, executives and corporate leaders.

Determination, a willingness to work 24/7, a common sense approach to having many p/t, transient employees and overcoming the frustration of that (e.g. no shows for their shifts), and a willingness to handle everything from ordering stock to pleasing customers and much, much more inbetween...and did I mention a very good cash flow...go for it...if not....don't
