okay, so here's the story. tell me what you think of this or if there's even anything we can do.

back in february, my husband and i signed up with sprint for cell coverage. a couple of weeks after we signed up, my hubby was able to get an employee discount for our phones from work. he called sprint and had them apply the employee discount. unbeknownst to us, in order for sprint to do that, they had to close the original account and open a new one with a new number. but...they didn't tell us that. so...we continue on with our service, paying our bill and using our phones until about a month ago we received a notice from a collection agency saying that they were collecting around $230 for sprint. well...we were really confused because we've been paying the bill and our phones were still turned on so we thought maybe this was a mistake. we called sprint. through some research and figuring, we figured out that sprint had had to close the first account and open the new one with the

I have a disciplinary hearing this afternoon as I am now totalling 5 days sick so far this year. My contract allows for 15 days paid leave, but as my five days are for three separate illnesses I am being pulled up by my M.D. It appears that four weeks off after a major operation is now more acceptable than my 5 days. Anybody else had this problem?

I have been living in the UK for over 10 years - half of it in school/university campus and I have not been in 1 address for more than 3 years. I earn a steady income, have no credit histories (after checking my credit score), registered with electoral list and have accounts at HSBC and Halifax already. I have tried applying for cards online and have been unsuccessful so many times - why? Could it be that HSBC are not sharing my good credit information with other banks that I have applied with?

I need to hire a good Staff Accountant in NJ. I am finding this task to be harder than anticipated. They must have GAAP, Bachelprs and preferably a CPA- Big 4 exp. would be great. I also need a Sales/Use Tax Accountant. Can anyone recommend to me where I can find such a person. I wish I had access to the Big Four Alumni websites so I could network with them but I don't.

Thank you.
