I am the accounting manager for a small wholesale and internet retail business. Shouldn't the sales staff have their own method of tracking orders and commisions? I should provide them with detailed reports but not allow them to access my accounting (QBKS) file. What do you think?

Is it best to *always* go with a VA loan since I earned that benefit or still look at other loan types.?
I am having a home built in the Dallas Texas area but I will probably not get it because my Florida home is not sold. I have the option to pick another lot and build another home. The loan process starts all over again but I do not lose my earnest money if I build again. I did not lock in my rate with the 1st home and I went with a conventional loan. The Loan officer said "why go VA if you are putting so much money down". (50K on a 127K house) . Now that I will be starting over with the loan process on another home ....I am concerned that I did not get the right advice about not going with a VA loan...I have 100% VA disability benefits so I think I get some fees waived.. I would be grateful for any professional opinions..

I regretfully didn't pay a few parking tickets on time and consequently the city handed them over to a collections agency. As a result, these parking tickets, while now paid off, are showing up on my credit report. Is there any way to remove them or is there a time period when they will no longer show up on my credit report?

You've been working hard with the company for years. You decide to take another position with another company. When you tell your current employer that you've decided to leave, they offer you all you've been looking for and more. Do you take the new job, or do you keep your old one and hope all the promises actually happen? Why?

I work in a natural foods store, so of course, I sometimes end up talking with customers about their health issues. Not too long ago, a customer was telling me that he didn't eat red meat, but that his cholesterol was high. When I asked him why his cholesterol was so high since he didn't eat red meat, he laughed and told me that it was from performing o**l sex. The customer was a 70-year-old man, so not only was his remark inappropriate, it was disgusting! I then told him that he was nasty and then walked away.

As there seems to be a massive shortage of this at present it seems like a real niche market is there. I know most of the world would like to see Americans buy some, so as the demand would be really great would I have to pay loads of duty?
