When I was working at my last job I decided to join the Air Force. After I joined I had a couple of months to wait before BMT so I was going to stay at my job until then. Well, my boss found out and the very next day he called me to my office and in these exact words said, "Business is slow and since you are going into the Air Force we are going to have to let you go." Funny thing is they said if I ever needed a job in the future that I was welcome to come back!

Unfortunatley I am lucky enough to never have being in such a position but am of the opinion that I will get a letter telling me that I have been dismmissed based on a certain ground which they will quote the CBA
