if I sell i need to get 75,000.if I get a loan then alls I need is 60,000
I`m trying to stay in my home,not lose it.I`m a single father physical
custody,my daughter likes the school she is in. we have 10days to
pack my 15years and her 10years of stuff,really would like to stay
here.please anybody HELP!!! I can afford 5hundered amonth
payment. this our home we would like to stay. thanks for listening.

how does this come up so quickly and now you have 10 days. makes no sense!
Try taking out a 2nd mortgage on the house. Go to a bank and see if they can process the loan within 10 days. 10 days is not much time.
