I have recently started my own cleaning service in Tallahassee FL called Precision Cleaning. I have done every thing right. From business licence to having someone profecionaly design a web site and flyers with referal cards. Business has not quite gone the way I had hoped it would. I am a 1st time home owner, boy what a chore, and I was wondering, how much, what percent of your interest paid in on your mortgage do you get back at income tax time, and how do they figure the depreciation value of your home? Even if it goes up in value, do you still claim the depreciation at taxes?

Hi i wonder if you can help me. My friend's daughter is in huge debt but has no job. the two dont get on at all, but of course the mum is worried sick.i dont know what to suggest to her, most debt companies wont help if you are not working. I have severe back problems and have tried for years with a Dr. and Chiropractor to fix it. From the moment I wake up I can barely walk and at least every hour I need to lay down and take the pressure off my spine. Well the bigger problem is that I need to work for my family and have only experience doing light clerical duties and child care, neither of which would work now due to my back. Time is running out, rent for Sept still isn't paid and my back gets worse daily. Any suggestions??? What can I do? Even sitting here my pain is at an 8 with childbirth being the 10. How can someone that is crippled like me make a living, and doing what because sometimes I can't even get out of bed?
