I work for a company that will pay for it all. I can go to the 18th ranked school in the country for the program. Is it worth the time?

You don't say what your goals are or how old you are, but in general it is absolutely worth your time -- only if you plan to change jobs when you get the degree. Your company will pay for the education but will not necessarily give you a raise or promotion once you are done. Switch jobs and your stock for having an MBA has risen dramatically and you can probably achieve a much better salary and position.

I've read that one should only go for an MBA if they know what they want it for. If you're getting it just to get it, then maybe not, but if you have big career plans where an MBA would benefit you and they're paying for it, go for it!

The mere fact that you are asking this question makes me believe that it is not worth YOUR time to pursue this. Anyone else I would tell them that a higher education, FOR FREE, is ALWAYS worth it.

Quite frankly, you're a complete dumbass for even questioning this. Do you know that someone such as myself would literally kill for this opportunity?
