i have court fee's that i never paid and they went to collections. how can i get rid of them without paying?

i don't think you can file bankruptcy over court fees. you could contact a banruptcy lawyer and find out the info. I think you can only file if your in debt over a certain amount.

you can try filing chapter 11,but you might need something different then 11 or 13 stop by a lawyers office and ask better still ask a court clerk.good luck
