Yes. Most people live paycheck to paycheck and wonder what happened to all the money they made in a year. If you are getting married, you should find out how your spouse budgets money for purchases. You need a plan to figure out how much to save for retirement, future college costs, etc.
Almost all people who retired rich know exactly where there money went when they were working.

You DO have a financial plan... unfortunately, if you're like most of us, the plan is spending it all.

yes, you should have a long term plan. An idea for savings for something (house, school, retirement etc).

There's tons of resources online... for a starter...
make a budget (a real one)
make some goals
have some idea of how risky you want your plan to be?

Heck no! I never had one - easy come, easy go, I always say! I was just telling them in the soup kitchen yesterday...................
As soon as I go to Salvation army and get my new winter wardrobe, I am going to catch the Senior Citizen free bus to the park.
Scope out a warm place to sleep this winter in case the mission is overcrowded. Maybe I'll see you there...... Big Dog, is it?

Yes, you probably should. Especially if you are married and/or have children. You should get life insurance, plan for your retirement and establish some savings.
