Well, first thing is, have you learned that Payday Loans are not a good idea. You pay too much for them. I would read the contract that you signed and see if there is anything that you can do. If not, you did sign a legal binding document and you are held liable for it. Now rather than file a suite against you and pay legal fees you could offer them to pay them a little every week. I'm sure they've hear the story a thousand times and they might accept it. Good luck!

You either have to work out something on the phone in which they only withdraw a portion, or you need to get a loan that would cover all 4 and has lower monthly payments.
Try American General at www.loansfast.com. I'm assuming that each loan is under $500 so you owe less than 2000 total, and you SHOULD be able to get a loan for that amount even if your credit is pretty shaky-- but hopefully its still over 500.

Whats a payday loan? Do you mean written cheques that they cash on payday? You shouldn't have borrowed money you couldn't afford. If you have signed a credit agreement with them they can forward the debt to a debt collection agency who will then harass you on their behalf for the money which can in turn affect your credit rating. I suggest you ring the company that you borrowed from and offer a monthly repayment of some sort towards the debt.

I'm in the same situation. So I'm going to get a part time job to pay these loans and other debts. I'm going to work my a** off until I'm out of debt then never fall into this hole again. You should do the same.

You realize that with these loans, you're living beyond your means... You need to immediately stop spending except for the bare essentials. If you can get any kind of bank loan, to consolidate debt, do it. If not, then you have to stop these types of loans - they will drink you dry.
Do you have family or friends that would help you?
Are you out on your own? Maybe you need to move in with someone and REDUCE your expenses. Be drastic.

Payday loans can be treated as criminal fraud (see policeman at your door). Visit DaveRamsey.com to learn how to stop your slavery. Now turn off TV , get 2nd job deliver' pizza at nite, 3rd job in morning delivering newspapers. Sleep at lunch. In one - three months pay off those blood suckers who charge 400- 800% compound year never go near them again.

Stop your direct deposit and also put a stop payment on your checking account ( stopping the ACH debits)so that they can't withdraw money anymore.
Then contact them one at a time and pay them individually.
Some of them will negotiate with you when you contact them. Try to get them to settle for the original loan amount.
Also be prepared for them to be thoroughly pissed and call you constantly. But you won't be broke anymore and you will pay them as it fits your lifestyle.

When you take out a payday loan, you are basically just looking to get some of your next paycheck a little early. It's not intended to support you. You've obviously been treating it like your own little piggy bank and now it's biting you in the behind. There's nothing you can do except stop doing it and pay them back. Stop spending money on beer and weed.
If you aren't making enough money working one job, get another one. I worked three for 4 months to get out of a personal hole (not a financial one). It all depends on how much of a baby you are about breaking a sweat.
