I work in the banking industry; as long as the check does not require a signature (this will usually be an insurance or loan check), the check will be deposited . The only other reason you would have to sign a check is if you are getting cash back off of your deposit- which you can't do thru the ATM. Hope this helps!

You should call the bank and let them know. Majority of the time, the bank wouldn't notice that the back hasn't been signed if you deposited it at the atm. However, they should take a look at the back so they'll know what account to deposit the money to.

Normally this is not a problem. A few types of checks will not be paid or deposited without an endorsement such as insurance proceeds, loan proceeds or tax refunds but most other checks will process just fine without endorsement.
I've deposited a number of checks without endorsement, including payroll checks, and have never had a problem with it.

As long as you haven't withdrawn since then you should be fine. The tellers have a stamp that says that this will be deposited into the Payee's account.
