I am new at my job and am craving to become the best at it. I work for a land development company thats also works with hard money loans. I feel like a DEER in head lights right now, and its KILLING ME! I need and want this job for many reasons. 1-it will eventually get me financially stable. 2- I have 3 children and am a single mother(they deserve a good life) 3- I love the challange and desire more knowledge.

Just one suggestion:
Love your job, not your firm.. bcos u dont know when your company drops you. So LOVE .... LOVE ur work. Instead of simply completing a job.. make sure u completed it in a the BEST way. Find ways that u can make ur job satisfying u.. Gud Luck.

I am a project manager.I think if you want to join our trade you should get some education. They are even places online to do it.If you start learning the people who work with you should give you some respect.
