When he's voted out of office (actually when his second term as Resident ends). Don't forget that all of these illegal aliens he wants to make from criminals into citizens for cheap labor are people currently using someone else's social security number and creating tax liabilities that we haven't yet even started to see.

Anyone who thinks it's "harmless" needs to think again.

Here's the short answers to your question:

Congress: planning to roll back stronger state laws

Attorney Generals:put in place tough disclosure & credit freeze laws

Police: already doing everything they can, but badly outmanned

Banks: Funding lobbyist to fight existing regulation & state laws

Criminals:Using more creative and desparate methods

The laws are in place....the tools are there.....the hard part is trying to get the police and prosecutors to do their jobs and prosecute these people!

The see it more of a civil suit issue, and not a real crime.

It would also help if the people offering credit would actually examine who they are giving credit to.

As for fools like Misslabled....well, I won't even go there.

Nothing can ever be done about that. The people who are stealing identities are working just as hard as the people who are trying to stop them.

People are constantly doing something about that problem, both to prevent it. to stop it, and to punish those caught doing it.
