See my former boss hired people without getting ss#'s but took taxes out of their pay? Plus no pay stubs are given, so you don't know breakdown of what taxes came out or what you made or paid year to date? You go by what he says. Not even sure if he's reporting correctly. What can you do? I do know of at least 5 former employees that he never gave a w4 to but did deduct taxes ...with no address?? and some no ss # ?? reply please any input will help.

I would be willing to drive an hour or so. I live in central IL, so Champaign, Bloomington, Peoria, Springfield, and Decatur would all be possibilities. I can't seem to find anything through my college's career center.

From april 2003 to april 2004 I was a Homecarer but my employer never5 told me I could claim an allowance. I was certainly entitled to. Can I still claim it..? I hired a new employee a few months ago and I knew when I hired her that her physical appearance was not the greatest, but her enthusiam made me still hire her. I made it clear to her that she must dress business casual and I even emailed out a dress code outline to explain some basic rules. Well there has been little to no improvement in her attire. She is in her late fifties and wears extremely tight low cut pants and her stomach sticks out. I finally had to sit down and talk to her about her attire and I knew that she had some money problems so I did show her that I understood that. We have clients come in all day and they make comments on her appearance. After I spoke to her I even gave her a bonus in her next paycheck to get new clothes and it has been 2 weeks and only once I have seen her dressed appropriate. Everyday she seems to wear the same black pants and the same sloppy shirts. What is the next step I should take? I don't know what els to do!

I watch Flip this House and am amazed how much these home cost to start with. Like a 1200sqft home will cost 235,000.00. Where I live you can buy homes like the ones they do for around 25,000 to 40,000. I'm from Southeast Kansas
