Ok my boyfriend takes my cell phone to work with him 5 days a week from 7 to 4. And my cell phone bill was really high. I asked him if he could help me pay a little of it and he said no its my phone so i took it away from him and his mom and sisters called yelling at me saying im mean and selfish. Am I wrong?

I am going through a bankruptcy and debts, Inland Revenue, council parking fines for previously owned vehicles registered to home and other family addresses. Not to mention being chased by credit card companies, mobile phone etc. to whom I also owe money.

The baliffs came yesterday and threatened forced entry and removal of possessions. My parents told them I no longer lived there and nothing was in the house belonging to me. They were told that unless they pay (which they did on this occasion) property will be removed and the onus is completely on us to prove it does not belong to me.

Clearly its a very unhappy situation to have one's family drawn into one's independent financial circumstances (brought on by a failed business venture and poor health preventing me from taking a 'regular job' although I have never, neither will claim state benefit) I am considering bankruptcy and need to confront my creditors not least to stop my family being harassed. Anyone with experience?

I had a misccarige at 2 month, been off work for 14 days.I provided a paper from a doctor to my emplyee.I payd weekly, so one day in a week when i went to emerency , i wasnt payed and they didnt pay me any sick pay.Its a big well knowing company.Im not married and have no family here, so have to pay for my self depending on my employee.Im so ungry.I want them explained why.Where i should go for help and what to do?

I've just been offered a job but I have two more interviews on Tuesday. How do I stall the first potential employer until I have gone to these interviews? The first job would be just a job for now, it has some potential for growth but isn't exactly what I was looking for. The other two are management trainee positions which is exactly what I was looking for. However, I don't want to jeopardize my chances with the first company in case things don't work out with the other two. Does anyone have some good advice for me?

I am buying a home and escrow closes in 3 days. My worry is everyone is telling me that it is not a done deal because the bank will run a credit check one day before escrow closes. I am trying to buy a home in an effort to get my children out of the country ghetto. I want my son to see something other than drunks and druggies along with deadbeat daddies. my girls need to experience something other than babysitting their friend's children because I won't allow them to go out on Saturdays while their friend's mothers do not care. when doing sales tax for a restaurant, do you include the over and under on their cash register print out when calculating sales tax? i know i have to subtract the sales tax, voids, and discounts, but i'm not sure about the overage and unders. somebody please help. sales tax is due on the 20th. i'm in the state of colorado. thank you.
