I don't know what it means, so I assume I don't have to check it, but don't want to make a mistake either. There are no instructions about it online.

Does the closing cost get added into a mortgage? Or does it come straight out of pocket at the time of purchase?? We are buying a foreclosed home so the bank wont allow the sellers to assist with closing costs.

I have a auto reposession on my credit report as a result of a bad divorce. The loan was joint. He was court ordered responible but never paid and the creditors don't care about court orders. Therefore, I have tried to negotiate to get this off my credit but the best they will do is a little less than half of the balance. The will accept that and list it as paid and settled in good standing but will not remove the late payments or the word "repossession". Is it worth it to pay this under these circumstances. I am trying to get a mortgage and need to know if this will help or will I be paying this debt for nothing when I could wait 3 more years and have it off my credit.

I took the test for career letter carrier last winter, passed and got a call in notice for orientation, but due to a blizzard, I got there 5 minutes late and they wouldn't let me in. I never heard anything again from them until today when I got another letter for a call in for orientation. The first time around I had a perfectly clean driving record with no accidents or tickets, but a month ago, I hit a parked card so I was obviously 100 percent at fault for it. I'm going to have to list this on the drivers record they make you fill out, but will it disqualify me from employment or have a really negative effect on the employment process. Also, if it doesn't disqualify me, does the fact that I got a call in mean that I will get a job, but just have to wait on a list until a position becomes available for me? Any information will be appreciated. Thanks

One person told me no because your credit score has your own personal financial information in it and not any type of business information but a second person told me yeah it would because the owner's names are on the business IRS tax forms

people, i had this looooooong vacation and now i don't feel like going to work at all. but, of course, i have to. the problem is that we moved, now i have to work very far away from my place (i cannot move to another place) and even the thought of travelling to work all the time using the public transportation makes me really sick. i'll pass my driving thing very soon, but still wouldn't feel confident driving to work immediately after. any motivation/ideas how to change the perspective? i just don't wanna leave my room.

Today is the deadline and I'm behind the 8-ball. I can pretty well estimate what to pay, but if I don't have to submit a full calculated form, I'd rather not.

Anyone know what I MUST do today to be compliant?
