i want to know if real a state agents have to take drug tests? i am curious what there laws are like? do they have to have back round checks? what can they get in trouble for?

REA's are licensed by the state, and I'm sure that each state has it's own requirements, but, I don't think drug testing is one of them..
As for background checks, it depends on the Agency the REA is working for.
An Agent should be open and aboveboard with his clients, whether the client is buying, or selling. An Agent is expected to act in the best interests of his client, ie, not give them a high price, when a lower price has been asked..
Check with your local Secretary of State, in your State, as they are usually the ones who control all business practice laws.
