HERE IS YOUR ANSWER... NOTHING WILL BEAT THIS ONE.

I have a friend who works with mentally delayed people in a hospital. She had to teach some of the men how to masturbate. She had to do this because it aparently lowers the stress level of the patients, who otherwise have no other means of "releaving" themselves.

There is a chicken processing plant in my town. It smells super-nasty just driving by and there are feathers blowing across the road. The complex is pretty big and live birds arrive in trucks, have their heads chopped-off and guts pulled-out, are cut and put in stryofoam wrappers. Really gross and you could get E. coli or salmonella or something.

One that, every morning as you leave for work, makes you stop before entering your car and vomit.
Knew a guy this happened to until he changed jobs.

I know - how about a coroner? Having to pick up dead children who were murdered/sexually assaulted/raped on a regular basis seems pretty rough.

somebody who works cleaning out sewers?
how about somebody working in a nuclear plant that they fear has a leak?
how about a person in the military fighting in war?
how about firefighters (like those who are always working with the heat of fire around them, or those who ended up working and cleaning up at the World Trade Center)

a fast food worker. I say this from plenty of experience... let me just tell you how bad it is...
while I worked in fast food, I have been severly verbally abused, people take things out on you even when it isnt your fault. Ive had everything in the world threw at me hamburgers, shakes, etc. 60 year old drunken men hit on you, Ive had to clean up every bodily fluid off of bathroom walls toilets floors seats... you name it I have cleaned it up. Drive Thrus are hell, at one point in time, I had people driving up to the window, they called a girl I worked with every name in the book because she couldnt understand what they wanted and we were extremely understaffed with with two to three schoolbuses full of kids coming in and ordering food... I got extremely angry at them and told her I would hand them back their change... I took their money gave them their food and threw at them inside their window and told them to keep the effin change ( needless to say I almost got fired for it) we have had to deal with drug addicts overdosing in the restuarant- we had a girl on the fourth of july with a man she came in bleeding everywhere out her nose ( i mean everywhere) overdosed he had some type of shot with him and he went into the ladies restroom and shot it into her heart) I swear Im not joking... they were in the bathroom forever before they came out... we thought she had died, fights breaking out in the restuarant and parking lot, Ive cleaned up a ton of blood from someones period that was all over one of the seats... it looked like they smeared it everywhere... semen off the bathroom walls and toilet, poop smeared all over the bathroom, one guy we had came in ( he was really old) would poop down his leg and shake it out of his pants on the resturaunt floor... We used to have to double bag the trash because there have been cases where "needles have been sticking out of the trashbags when we would take them out at night." I lived in Olive Hill Kentucky, not a big city keep in mind, I cant believe all the crap I had to deal with being a fast food employee... literally... so I would have to say thats the worst job ever..
except those guys who have to clean out the port-o-potties...not thats a terrible job, I would never wanna do
