It's a funny thing, interviews. And each of the other respondents had pretty good answers, and you should take their advice into consideration.
Most people tend to forget that an interview is a two way street. I THINK you should be prepared to ask your own tough questions.
1.) Why should I bring my business/life experience to your company?.
2.) Where will your business be 5 years from now, and what role do you see me playing in it.?
3.) What can your company offer me for personal and professional growth?
Interviews are a two way street. If you ask intelligent questions, your potential employer will see a confident, knowledgeable individual that is something more than just a "yes" man. FEAR NOT. There are many more opportunities out there.

Recently on an interview I was asked a question that was by far the most difficult I've been asked. I was interviewing with the VP of the company and he was a pretty shrewedguy. He asked me if he happened to meet my former employeer, Mr Soandso, and it turned out that he was an old college buddy from back in the day...you know like really tight, best buddies and he asked him what he thought of me as a person and an employee, what would I think he would say? I was never expecting a question like that. I kind of stuttered for a sec and said the obvious stuff but I could tell that saw the uncertainty of what I was saying. Mainly because the odd question threw me off. I didn't get the job.

I am not gonna repeat what the last people said cause they r correct, but I notice that nearly all jobs I have an interview now, if they suck or if they r pretty good ask hella like.. to me annoying questions lol. Like tell me a time when you have a deadline to meet, and what did you do to meet it. Tell me a time you had to do this, and that. and some jobs will ask alot. Like I had applied for a school cop, they asked If there were two gangs fighting with eachother, what would you do. Or if a kid was following you around what would you do. If there was a few kids fighting, would you interfere. Questions that were hard to answer if you didnt do the job before or know the rules lol. So make sure your ready for bulsht questions like that. Cuz some jobs will ONLY ask questions like that. not about your work record, not about anything. just like that!!

Sure -
You have the usual ones - but here are the toughies....
1. Why should I hire you?
2. What can you contribute to this company
3. Some kind of skills question......
4. Where do you see yourself in 5 - 10 years.
5. How would you handle this (fill in the blank) situation?
6. Why did you leave your last job?
7. What are your references going to tell me about you?

I would focus on what you are going to be asking.
Once you get called for the interview, find the company's website and do some research. Ask questions about the founder or CEO about why they decided to create that particular company. Find out things that you didn't know about on their website and make sure that when you ask questions about things from their website that you mention something like "I was on your website and saw . . . and that really interested me, can you please tell me more about it"
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

How soon can you go to work. I add stuff like I really want this job it is one I have been waiting for if it is the truth which helps alot. But I also say if I am employed elsewhere that I have to give my job two weeks notice which helps alot.

One question I hated was: Tell us about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer and how you handled it.
Since that never happened to me they told me to make something up so I did and I actually got the job.
