Maybe a thursday, my husband is a recruiter and the majority come in over the weekend so Monday he is slammed and it takes til about Thursday to die down and start all over!

If you want to stand out put something creative as your subject line. That way it won't matter what day you send it out. While other will have their names, or job titles as their subject line you can put something in there different that makes them stop the shuffling and take a look.

I sent out 50 resumes to jobs I would love to do with the subject line...............Seeking New Life............I received 20 the first day, 18 the second day, and 4 the 3rd day. 42 out of 50 is very good odds for a new job.

Wednesday or Thursday.

Monday and Tuesday, they get slammed with all the weekend submissions, and Friday everyone wants to get started with the weekend.
