I am trying to look for a home but all the sites I have been to you have to sign up to see the listings. Is there any other sites that you don't have to do this.

This is a great site to check out local agents with links to their personal websites which will have all the available listings displayed: http://www.realestateforsaleinwashington.net
I'd check out the "featured" agents first (b/c I know they all display the listings), but if none of them cover your area the others in the directory are lovely as well.

Contact a Realtor in the area you are considering they will email you listings based on exactly what you are looking for.
