How can one tell if a "help wanted" ad in the newspaper is good or bad? It's for one of my class for HR.

One of the best ways to tell is if the help wanted ad is good is if it contains the following information:

a brief description of the position, duties, or requirements
a pay rate, for example $10/hour for 4 hours per day for 1 month, or 2 months etc etc.
