Where should I put my money first? My company offers a 401K match, and I am always hearing it is never to early to start planning for retirment. (I am 25) BUT... I have about 50K in student loan and Credit Card Debt. about 10K has high interest rates. Should I be paying the high interest rate cards off before I invest? should I only contribute 2% (4% company match though)?
I don't want to be in Debt, and I want to retire with some money! Help!!!

I am wondering if any MLMers can actually defend their industry using actual business concepts as oppose to one liners and unjustifiable claims. Here is your chance to intelligently explain why you feel the following issues are incorrect in MLM. (please note, the question continues into the extra notes).

Supply/Demand issue:
Any business must carefully consider supply and demand. For example, if the ReVo Corporation thinks that it will have a full-fledged fad on their ovoid sunglasses next summer, perhaps they should plan to build and distribute, say, 10M units. This involves gearing up factories, setting up distribution and dealer networks, and carefully managing the inventories at each level so that ReVo will still have credibility with their distributors, retail outlets, and the public the following year.

We are selling our house and moving to California...where we can not buy a home. We are going to make around $120,000 on the sale. I would like to take $30,000 to pay off my car and little bit of credit card debt. Do I have to reivenst in another property? (We were thinking about buying land perhaps somewhere) or is there something else I could do with it that I don't get taxed to death and perhaps get a bigger return to pay off debt.
Thanks in advance!

I also don't have a down payment saved up because I wasn't expecting to have to buy a car, I can't get approved for a loan because I don't make enough a month, and I just switched to a new, better paying job about a month and a half ago. I am totally screwed. I have to have a car by the end of Sept.

Thank you in advance for any help.

I disputed with Equifax and Transunion. Equifax removed it but Transunion didn't. Is true that if 1 bureau removes it from your file so does the other bureaus.

I had horrible service today at a local Waffle House. The cook was talking on his cell phone while preparing mine and other customers' food. I complained to a server and he went to the back and got a lady. She questioned him and then gave him permission to continue talking on the phone. She then told him that a customer was complaining about him and he asked who. The lady pointed at me and the two began to talk about me as if I were not sitting right in front of them.

I asked for their names and a customer service number. I called and complained to the corprate office. I went to another Waffle House and received excellent service. The waitress was great. She informed me that the lady from the first resteraunt was the regional human resource director and trains every new employee in the region and the first resteraunt is where she trains all of the new employees.

I find this sad. Should this lady be fired or demoted? Its obvious she isn't very professional or good at her job.

I have also ran classifieds. I notice people take the tabs off my flyers but never call. I only got one phone call from my classified that ran for 30 days and cost $100. I've been in the business for 4 years but just moved so am new to the area. I can't rely on word of mouth since I don't know many people yet? The family I did have just informed me they no longer need daycare because the dad was just laid off. My husband will be laid off in Nov because his job is seasonal, so I really need to get some income coming in. Any ideas would be appreciated!
