Check housing laws in your area.Usually the figure is 2 people per bedroom, so you would need a 3 bedroom. Occupany limits vary from area to area. Make sure to not violate the limit, because that will get you evicted in most cases.

You can buy something that small.....but no landlord is going to risk the additional wear and tear on the apt and tenant laws specify the maximum number of persons per bedroom that the landlord can fall back on to say NO to renters like you w/out being discriminatory.

It sure is going to be a tight squeeze. 4 children in one room. I wouldn't do it. You are going to need at least a 3 bedroom

rule of thum is 2 people in each bedroom you might need to go to a 3 bedroom to be accepted

I don't think it is possible, it will not be accepted.
not only housing authorities but also health authorities will not permit that.
at least that is the way in canada
