Im a 28 yr old doctor and I plan on studying to be a clinical psychologist. However that will take at least 7-9 yrs. I'll be between 35-37 yrs old when I finish. Is that too old to start a new career as a psychologist? Should I just stick with the job I have now, which is pretty unsatisfying?

I bought a house for an investment in the UK in April. I had planned to rent this to cover the mortgage and as luck would have it, the occupier wanted to stay on and rent the house. It was her marital home which had to be sold as part of her divorce but she and her kids were happy to stay on and she said she could pay the rent with her marriage settlement. I got her to sign a tennancy for one year and she paid me 3 months rent up front. She seemed decent and genuine but since then she has hasn't paid me a penny. She owes me 3 months rent and is refusing to answer my calls or open the door, even though I can she she is in. I have been patient and not put her under any pressure but now I just want her out - HELP PLEASE before I become bankrupt!

my daughter has been working for 11 months at a small sports shop and gets paid cash with no payslip.She is 17 and has asked to be paid into the bank and to have a payslip but just gets flobbed off.Can they do this?Serious answers only please.

62 year old with 36 years of service with the company. Has technical job, but has not kept pace with technical advances. This employee is not inclined to take courses but will if forced.

You are this persons new manager with a vision to further advance the output of this position. Do you develop the talent you have (force a training program) or find a replacement?

I am located in Canada and I have been selling on ebay for about two years.I really want to start a website(the fees are killing me) but have no idea how to get customers from USA.I sell mostly used and some new clothing and I don't have the funds to pay for pay-per-click(single mom,all of the earning go fast).

my friend wants to get a mortage but has bad credit, shes pays her money to a debt management company which then pay of her creditors a certain amount each month would she be able to get a mortage because of this?
This sistuation was not her fault she got made redundant and could not afford all the repayments whenshe missed payments because of this the interest and the charges just built up

I have an image of this bank as untrustworthy bank .
I opened an Saving account with opening amount Of Rs. 5000/- after gathering my pocket money & Saving my miscellaneous Expenses. & after some months when I was in need of that Amount, I came to know this bank deducted my Rs.3000 / =more than half of my saved amount without intimating me. How ridiculous ! saving is not good @.
After that I call to customer care but all in vain : !
