if you reach a companys limit for sickness can they sack you if at least two incidents of absence were due to incidents that happened while in work.

yeap they sure can... Unless you have a dr. Note for those days proving you where really sick.

Proper documentation is very important. They could have a lot of other reasons built up. If these reasons are in one of their "little black books" and not in your records then you may have a case. "At will employment" is in their favor unless you have a union to back you up. See a lawyer.

partly depends on state laws, but I would say yes, this has happened to my husband
