I come to work on time (if not early). I do my job correctly everyday (if not exceed the mininum). I never call in sick.

My problem is here I work side by side with this employee(we are equal). She always comes in late. She calls in all the time. She even called in once said she would be in later and never showed up(no call to let know). Without her here, everything gets thrown onto me. She is very rude and inconsiderate towards me (I believe always be nice to someone no matter what-I like to kill her with kindness). She tells me what to do and how to do things (when we are a team; we do the same work!).

I've already talked to my boss about her rude she is and she just goes back to him saying "she is soo not like." But, of course he doesnt have to see or be near how she acts (its only towards me noone else!). And he just got fed up that he said no more complaining, or else he will fire both of us! I wondered if anyone feels the UK has run out of steam as inflation is on the rise. EU rumoured to be raising their rates and BoE probably in October. I have heard several property developers are selling some housing stock because they think we are heading towards the Bust part of the Boom and Bust cycle. Is this long overdue do you think?. Are house prices going to stagnate or decline and will there be a lot of people made redundant?

I'm in a market research class and I need to locate businesses that are going under. Is there a service that lists these? I doesn't matter what state or if it's for the entire U.S. It would be best if I could get it for Utah, where I live, but still it doesn't matter.

I want to move out a year from now I am planning to save up at least $5000. Is that enough to get me started with deposits for everything I need to put a deposit on. Next I want to know what bills I will have to pay that I didn't consider and about what they run a month. So far I've got rent, electric, gas, car insurance, phone. Anything else and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
