Does AllState sell medical insurance?

You've got to read the fine print with those kinds of insurance policies. If you feel you've got a case, appeal their decision. You can also contact your state's insurance commissioner.

There was probably a good reason.
Your medical expenses may not have been covered under your policy.
Or what led to your medical condition may not have been insured under your policy.
It is very, very important for everybody to read their policy so they know exactly what is and is not covered and ASK QUESTIONS about what they don't understand about their policy.
Otherwise, you are just throwing your money away and unfortunately people don't find out about it until its too late.

We need to know the circumstances. Was this a homeowner's or auto policy?
Who was at fault? Do you have medpay/PIP or was this a bodily injury claim (third party)?
