I have Geico and a $500.00 deductible. They say if I file with the at-fault driver's insurance, it will save me the deductible. They only go after the other person's insurance if I file with Geico. Is it okay for me to call the driver? He had expired proof of insurance in his car and I don't know if he's insured. My car is totaled and I have injuries. I hate to involve a lawyer because their fees are so high, it might not be worth my while. Besides, I'm not looking to get rich or help someone else get rich. I just want my car paid off.

We live in a 3 br house. Rent is 860. Me & my girl share a room. Last month rent was $360 for me and my girl and $250 each for the other two room mates. One room mate moved out and now we're in a dispute about how much we should each pay. Me and my girl still share the room and the other roommate still has the master bedroom. He's trying to say we should split it up equal ways 286 each, i think thats crazy, our rent goes up 106 each compared to 36 for him. The extra room is just being used as a guest room so its not like we've taken it over. Please let me know how you think we should divide the rent, thanks.

I was late on a credit card payment to Bank of America and went over the credit limit. The next months billing statement charged me 32.2 % interest. I called to see if they would lower it, they said they would charge me 32.2 % for 6 months. I paid off the bill and they asked why? I said because you charged me 32.2 %. Are they morons?
