your family, ask them rather than paying the high interest rate places charge.....then get your ducks in a row and don't get anymore cash advances cause they help you go under. Then find out what it takes to get a checking account and work toward that. Maybe you need a savings account first. Maybe you need a steady job. Ask around.

I have no idea -- but stay away from Cash Advance type operations. They charge outrageous interest rates so you end up paying back 2, 3, 4, 10 . . . etc. who knows how many times . . . for every dollar they advance you!
