Where can I find a good free template for creating a business case for a new start-up business? I'd like a business case with some guidance text for how to write each section.

Aside from legitimate injuries that disable people from working, do you really believe people cant find jobs in the United States?
Open up any local newspaper, and theres thousands of want ads for thousands of positions.
I do not believe that a person cant find some job, no matter how menial, to make some money to get on one's feet.
Is it lack of jobs, or lack or ambition?

I had a problem at work with my lunch disappearing out of the community refrigerator at work. Despite placing my name on my lunch bag and placing letters on the fridge asking the culprit to stop, my lunches kept disappearing. I eventually had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands. I laced my lunch with liquid laxative and stuck it in the fridge, only to have it disappear a few hours later. I was quite surprised to find out that it was my supervisor who was stuck on the toilet for the remainder of the day, thus identifying him as the thief. Fortunately, I didn't stick my name on the bag this time, but he has swore to the office staff that he'd find out who did it. Any suggestions?

Hello!
I'm trying to find out about a loan programm that 5/3 bank (probably) have. This programm allows refugees to buy a house without any down payment and with NO credit score or very low. Plus it doesn't matter what income they have.

What is the proper wording to make a sign that says that my company is not liable if people get hurt in my property.
A lot of kids come to my café and play basketball, and I don't want to get sued if anybody gets hurt.

I was hire for Corporate Finance group then on my first day of work, they told me that Corporate accounting group needs someone to help, so they placed me on accounting group. I have worked this company for almost 3 months right now. One week ago, one person from Corporate Finance group left, and i know they are trying to look for someone to replace him. Should I ask for this position? If i should, how should i ask?
Will my current manager not happy about my decision?
Also why did they ask to replace his position?

My husband has been in the hospital 5 times since February. We do not have medical Insurance because of many reasons. When he was in the hospital the only way the family could survive without his income was to put everything from groceries to CIPS on the credit cards because we had no income coming in. Now that he is back to good health and we are both working we still don't make enough to pay off all these bills. We tried filing for state aid to help with the medical but we were denied. The medical bills alone are over 40 thousand and the credit cards are probably around another 10 thousand. What should we do? If we file will we loose our house and car too? I would like to just erase the medical and credit card debt but keep some other small loans that we have. Is this possible?

I know most states have the at will thing. But does it sound fishy to be terminated with the reason of "being unable to reach requirements for the position" when you have been employed there for 15 months, gotten a promotion in that time, no previous write-ups of any kinds, and eligible for rehire in 1 year?
