I was wondering which jobs in Ontario pay the highest amount. If Ontario is too small an area, just all in Canada. If you answer doctor, which kinds of doctors pay the most. I know this is a popular answer, but all sources say they make different amounts. If you could answer with maybe 5 results and how much they pay, that would be great, and I would be happy to give you ten points for the best answer.

My insurance was supposed to have been paid for by aug. 15. But i ended up not being able to pay it. I know have the money but lost the bill. But i wanted to change my payment plan to monthly instead. I filled out the easy pay form and am sending it out in the mail tomorrow. Will they reactivate my insurance plan once they get the paperwork and charge me? Or am i screwed and have to reaply for insurance?
