My co worker is renting a home from somebody who is selling their home. The landlord has been bringing people to see the house without notice or with very little notice and has been asked many times to give 24hours notice.

My coworker changed her locks so that the landlord cannot just walk into her place that she is renting. Now the landlord is asking for a copy of the key immeadiatly.

Is she required by law to give the landlord a copy of the key? Any good advice that might apply? This is in upstate new york.

1. Do we get some kind of a child credit now? If so, how much?

2. We did not change our exemptions, how much extra would 1 extra deduction translate into our refund?

3. I think I read somewhere that we can deduct the amount we spend on daycare. Is this true?

I am wanting to know if it is still possible to make money on E-bay. I am not asking for links to stupid sites that require you to pay 50.00 for a book about this. I've heard that a CS degree is worthless if you don't have the work experience and/or programming know-how to back it up. I'm now in my senior year, but I have no work experience and almost no real programming experience. My school doesn't have any internships.
