I'm guessing you are the one with the Ikobo account who probably is unable to get a Paypal account?

The only possible scenario is for that person to get a Paypal debit card, provided by Paypal at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/account/DCIntro-outside . And what that individual can do is pay through Ikobo using that Paypal debit card. It has a Mastercard logo on it which Ikobo accepts. You should be able to process it and the funds will come directly out of that person's Paypal account. Hope that helps.

You "download" money from Paypal by associating a bank account with your Paypal account. It's quite simple, actually, but it takes time to set up. Paypal will send you two small transfers that you need to validate to test that you are indeed the owner of that account. Once the account is linked, you can transfer as you please.

You can probally just send money from your paypal account to your ikobo account. I don't think you can actually transfer though, since they are two seperate companies.
