Can a Co. via mail who I owe $ 109.99 - to garnish my SSI Check?
My check is only $ 600.00 per month. (ps - i don't think I owe that Co the amount they indicated. i thought it was about $ 29.00, but they have added lots of late fees to the amount that I may have owed. I thought i'd already taken care of the matter. the Co is:
Charge Me Later" . (that is the name of the Company). - something i or possibly a family member did on the Internet.
It works sort of like a credit card. It sounds like a good Company.
The male Rep. who called me tonight - says They are takiing me to Court within 24 hours & that it will cost me $ 1300.00- in attorney fees, etc. I am greatly worried. I told him that I have no money now but that i can send him $20..00 next week, but he refused my offer. Then at end of the tel. conversation he said he'd call me back later. I am greatly worried. My elect. bill has been running me $ 200 per mo. the past 2 mo's causing me financial difficulty.

He has been working in fast food and seems too content there. I have suggested he go into management there, but he won't. I have suggested many things. How do I motivate him into a field that can grow with him? Any ideas on careers?

Well heres the situation, I don't have a bank account and I have just receive a $1,000.00 check from my school's financial office. I'm also happen to be 17 I'm a freshman in college so I don't have a driver's license for ID yet. I know banks will cash your account for 1-3% of the check with proper ID. The question is will banks accept a school ID?

btw the check have my college's name on it and so do my school id.

I just got preapproved today (yay!) so now we're seriously shopping for a place. However, I'm noticing some patterns that are quite disturbing, like 4-5 units in the same building being sold at once, or the same units for sale for a long period of time. Is this a red flag and should i stay away? What else should I be looking for? For example, condos built in certain years? What questions should i be asking?

I just found out today that I am pregnant. Also today I found out that I got a new job that I had applied for. I currently work at Wal-Mart and was planning on staying there part time. I have ok insurance through my current job, but the job I will be starting has better coverage. I was planning on swiching insurances when I start the new job but will the pregnancy be considered pre-exesting? I could keep the insurance through wal-mart, but being pregnant I don't know how long I'll be able to hold down 2 jobs. Any suggestions?? Serious answers only please.

I got into Registered Nursing and know it's a wonderful job. I have done everything from Extended Care to Hospice to OB/GYN to Psychiatric. I'm at a point now that I just want to GO HOME. I need to keep my insurance. And my salary is good too. Any burnt-out nurses out there with advice?
