He has left me by sending me a text message and refuses to talk. I now cannot get hold of him at all and his family do not know where he is. I can't afford the rent on my wages alone. He has also left me with alot of debt. Please help!

why is it that more than more 70% of lottery winners end up going bankrupt eventually, after just a couple of years of winning?

Lets say someone wins the lottery for 3 million after taxes... why is it that they still end up going bankrupt?
My theory behind all this is that, only the poor and middle class people win the lottery. (that would be a fact, since rich people don't gamble, they only take calculated risks..)
So a poor man wins the lottery. now the reason he's poor is not because his earned income is to low but because he doesn't know any positive things to do with the income he makes. (I think we can all agree on that). Instead of buying assets with his earned income he would have alot of liabilities and useless expensives.

Now he wins lottery for 3 million he still doesn't know the game of money, so he would now be a RICH man, with a POOR mans mentality. Now if this is the case he would eventaully lead back to his old ways. Buy buying more liabilities and accuring no assets

I have a great idea for an invention! However, I do not have the funds to get it going, I am trying to patent it myself, however, I am getting overwhelmed with the legal steps and jargon. I KNOW it will suceed, everyone who hears about it, (trustworthy sources) agrees and wants one now! :) So, what im asking is for a lawyer to do the patent process for me on a contingency basis, I intend to compensate well above of what it would be normally if I can find a repuatable patent attorney to do the process for me. Problem is I had a credit card under a consolidation plan was almost payed off .But somehow my alotment stopped for 2 months I didint know i dont get to view my finanances that often becuase of still being deployed in the middle east.

So what they did was jack the finance charge form 7% to 19 %
therfor instead of the 245 I had left to pay Its back up to 1,265 $ im like wtf called em said i have to pay it I have been paying them for 2 years strait never missed a payment and this is what they do to me .

Gd credit card companies arre all crooks what can i do ?

im a 46 year old ex computer programmer i made 100 thousand a year and ive been out of work for a year my wife is telling me i need to just give up and find a job at macys because they have health benefits and at least we wouldnt have to pay those i have 3 kids and they agree with my wife so is there any other jobs out there that i can get health benefits with other then macys or walmart
