I really want to move from Zambia to USA or Canada but i have no money at all for me to pay for any of the services involved in migrating. I need organisations which can sponser me and ask for payment later when i have moved and settled.

Look for churches or social service organizations in the area you wish to live. Start writing to them. Other than that, start SAVING your money!

You can visit the embassies of US or Canada in your country and there you will see the classified ads of companies willing to process your application and pro-sponsorship for would-be immigrants...
You haven't mentioned your education andf employment so I cant give any specific company to apply for...
