my family just got approved for a house on post... if we don't take it now, we may have to wait another long time becuase we would have to go to the bottom of the waiting list again. I have 5 months left on my lease at my apartment, what do I do?

I sent a faulty xbox 360 to microsoft to get repaired. They fixed it and sent it back. I've been tracking the package ever since it left their headquarters. The package finally arrived at my City and the package status was "Out for Delivery" at 5.38am. This was on the 18th of August. Up till now, I have NOT received my package.

I don't know what to do. I have filed a claim and they said they are doing an ivestigation. What do you think happened? Did it get stolen or something? It doesn't make any damn sense. My package said "Out for delivery" at 5.38 am and all of a sudden it never comes. Please help Me.

I have googled and reasearched, and the website doesn't help much. i have very specific questions needed answered for a reasearch paper. Such as who started the company, how much money did they start with. The reasons why they started the company, what is their philosophy, are there any major players such as political canidates, industry leaders or experts involved. When should I have final numbers for a Real Estate closing. I spoke with my broker and he said they should have final numbers the day before closing. Isn't this out of the ordinary? Shouldn't I have the closing documents at least 5 business days before the closing in case issues come up? I thought I read it where you can't do anything about the costs 3 business days before the closing. Please help. Thank you very much.

I am wanting to buy a house and the owners of the property have given the current tenant a 12 month lease, I would like to buy the house to live in it and i have approached the tenant who has stated that she is not willing to leave until her lease is over. The thing is I can not afford to keep renting and start paying off the new home. Is there some type of clause that would allow me to give the tenant notice as the new owner, or does the current lease stand even if the title to the home changes. I really would like to buy this home as there is nothing else in my price range. Can any one give me some advice PLEASE because I feel i am stuck between a rock and a hard place!
