I sent a faulty xbox 360 to microsoft to get repaired. They fixed it and sent it back. I've been tracking the package ever since it left their headquarters. The package finally arrived at my City and the package status was "Out for Delivery" at 5.38am. This was on the 18th of August. Up till now, I have NOT received my package.
I don't know what to do. I have filed a claim and they said they are doing an ivestigation. What do you think happened? Did it get stolen or something? It doesn't make any damn sense. My package said "Out for delivery" at 5.38 am and all of a sudden it never comes. Please help Me.

yeah it got jacked! I would call microsoft and let them know too, to see if they put any insurance or anything like that on the package.

It could've been stolen, it could've fallen off the back of a truck... that sucks.
