You cannot use Paypal if you are in the Philippines.
Philippines is NOT in the list of 55 countries where Paypal is used. Tell them to use alternative modes of payment that includes Philippines as one of the allowed countries

If you have a paypal account they will change the money into what every is needed like euros just take a few days longer. I love Paypal

I prefer Epassporte myself, fairly low cost, and easy to get the money out. Can transfer from my bank account to her card, when I want her to buy something.

tell them do not use paypal,use western union its faster and easier to send.
