Besides for the norm (keeping appointments in calendar, organizing books alphabetically, etc...) what are some "out of the ordinary" things an organized person can do? Job related... office work, customer service work

My husband is in the Air Force and we live overseas in Japan. So I do Home Daycare on base and I need a ID number. I'm not sure how to fill out the form when it asks for address it does not give me an APO, AP option. Also, even thought I'm here my legal residency is still Indiana.

i recently purchased a home in rialto, CA and one of the closest freeway onramp is about a 15 minute drive. in about a year and a half, the freeway will be extended and the drive will be about 5 min. the freeway won't pose any sound disturbances, but will definitely be more convenient. the city i live in is pretty far from a large city. this is my first home and i plan to live here for as long as possible, but i do hope that the value of my home will appreciate, because recently, the value has been dropping...alot. i still have equity, but am a little scared. because i want to refinance in 1-2 years.

Being audited from 3 years back. Paid an accounting firm to prepared my taxes, that accountant is now gone, and his supervisor has no idea what was done. Am I liable for this problem or is the accounting firm?

I would like to start a website for my small used car business. I am good with computers and fluent with HTML, although I also use frontpage as a crutch. Does anyone know where I can find a place to host my website. Also, I would need to be able to come up with my own web address. Cheaper the better for now, and if they specialize in small businesses that would be even better! Thanks.

I've watched several Property Ladder progs on UK TV (and a few others) and they watch someone buy a house, refurbish it, sell it, then say what their profit is. Not once have they mentioned capital gains tax as it wasn't their home... Has something changed? Can you now buy, refurb andsell a house you dont live in and avoid CGT? Sensible answers only plse as I really want to know..

1. My husband has not left for basic training yet.
I just want to know if anybody can provide any resources for emergency rent aid in PA. That's all. I'm not begging for money anymore. I'm not asking you to send me money anymore. I just would like to know of resources so I can get rental assistance in PA. Thank you.

Well I'm a teen and this company "*************" says that if you complete offers there, etc. they'll pay you for it. I don't know if I should because they say they send you special prizes and money paid in checks. They ask for your personal information, I don't know if I should trust this company.... The company says that you could get hundreds each month and I'm a teen that needs money. Give me your opinion and if you have tried it tell me about your experience.

I am seem to be swiming in debt at this time in my life...I would like to secure some money to help me pay off some bills.. I have equity in my house. Is it best to refinance this high interest loan, sell the home and use the profits to pay my bills, or take out a home equity loan? My first instinct is to stay in the house for a few more years beacuse this area is increasing in value.. How safe are home equity loans? Is refinancing wise with poor credit?

My husband and I are in dire straits right now. We need to come up with 700 dollars to cover rent for August....he leaves for basic training in September but the Army will not help us. His job ended last month, and my temp assignment ended in June, and we have been scraping by ever since. I am trying to find another job/temp assignment, but that doesn't pay my rent now...
We have exhausted every resource available and now are having to ask for the money. Our friends and families are in no position to help. Does anyone know of anything, or anyone, who can help us? We live in Montgomery county, PA. Would any one of you help us? We would be willing to take down your info and repay you as soon as we get the money. I normally wouldn't care, but we have a 15 month old baby, and if we go homeless, she will be taken away. I can't live without my daughter. Please....somebody help me....
