The way we do things, and the way we work has gone through some change.

There used to be highly skilled craftsmen who were dedicated to working at perfection, and took great pride in what they made.

What caused this to slowly retreat, and the fast way of doing things take over?

Technology? Downsizing? Any ideas?

Unfortunately I have been another victim of identity theft. Because of that I placed a "fraud alert" on my credit report, contacted the local police, and contacted all three credit bureaus. Now the problem is that the fradulent accounts removed keeps coming back to my credit report everytime I have them remove it and the thief is still on the loose. how do I bring this person to justice? do I just go to court ?? and what kind of lawyer do I need for this or where can I find a lawyer that specializes in this case? I would really appreciate if someone could help me solve this problem because I have to worry about it every night and it makes me depressed.

Pops ran up a credit card. The card was for his business and he signed as guarantor. Attorneys are collecting. Pops is in hospice care and not long for this world. Can these collectors come after Mom? (They are married)

Also, Pops is now off the deed to the house and Mom is in joint tenancy with another person. If they can come after her, can they lien the house?

I got a call from a debt collector stating that I had an outstanding credit card from me and my ex husband from back in 95' that was sent to collections and is fixing to be turned over to an attorney. Needless to say they were very rude however, they are telling me that if I settle now they will cut the debt in half which would be $2000 but I am clueless to what is going on. He said that he doesn't have to show me any documentation showing me charges or signatures but something seeems fishy to me, how can I investigate this call it came from financial credit services but when I look them up on the web they are a Medical collection agency out of florida, this one is out of Pallatine Illinois.HELP!

I applied for a Panasonic credit card through GE Consumer Finance and got a response "unverifiable applicant information." I called Equifax.They couldn't tell me what that was. I wrote to GE Finance with a copy to Panasonic Marketing Department, both certified mail. GE resent me the same letter and Panasonic never responded.
This is the first time I have ever been turned down for credit. What's going on?

I asked 2 days ago: will you help me name my ebay store? I noticed in my profile that it said the question was removed. Why? I never promoted my business. In fact, it has yet to be established so I couldn't really promote it. I never even gave the name I settled on so it wouldn't appear I was advertising. So why was it removed? I am on SSI. I tryed to go back to work and cant do it. I have tryed more than once. I am on SSI I feel bad for being on it. What is going to happen when SSI runs out of Money. I am 25 years old now and been on it 5 years. I have knee and Learning Disabled. I tryed to go to school never made anything of my self. I feel stupid. I would love to work but I cant.
