I work 7 AM to 3 PM and I love it, because my husband has the same hours. We get up at 5 AM, eat breakfast later while we're at work on break. We have supper when we get home at about 5 PM. We go to bed about 9 PM usually, sometimes 10.

Sleep 9-5. Giving yourself 2 full hours before you start your shift will get your internal clock the chance to be fully awake and improve your performance at work. Have lunch at noon, when you get home from dinner, do some kind of physical exercise, to prepare yourself for going to bed a little earlier, eat dinner around 5, and do whatever the rest of the evening! You'll find that if you shift your activities earlier, you will 'get in the groove' of your new schedule sooner!

I do well sleeping from 9:30 to 4:30, with dinner no later than 7p.m. My work hours are 7 to 3:30.

Depends on how far you have to commute. I'd probably go with 9-9:30 to 5:30.

I'd suggest the dark hours. Like 11pm-6am. Can't give you a schedule 'cause I don't know anything about your life ('cept that you've never had a day job).
